I am trained in Energy Healing as taught by Jill Leigh through Portland Oregon's, Energy Healing Institute. I have completed the Advanced Energy Healing Protocols Practitioners Program, and am currently continuing my education in a mentoring program.

Energy Healing works with your energy body, to clear out stored emotional energy, release unhealthy habit patterns, clear blocks and repair damage to your energy body. All matter has an energetic component. At times we realize what our problems are, but feel unable to change entrenched behaviors, patterns and habitual emotional reactions. Energy work can shift these patterns and help us live more autonomous, free lives. Energy Healing involves table work, with light touch, as well as instruction in meditation practices for clients to practice at home.

My Energy Healing Services are separate from my Psychotherapy Services and are unfortunately not billable to insurance.
